Our low shipping charge includes a prepaid shipping label so that you can ship the core back to us. The core charge is fully refundable upon receipt of a good core. Please read our core policy.
There is no additional core charge. A core return label will be sent with the replacement powerhead, at which point the original powerhead can be returned for inspection. If the core passes inspection, a refund check of up to $75.00 will be issued to the buyer; otherwise, the core will be scrapped and not returned.
